  Had a great time! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a spa atmosphere where the patient comes first, we referred our friends. She is a private dentist with a big heart and good hands.

  At my first visit, the staff seemed great. I had chipped a tooth a few months prior and the dentist recommended I get a crown. We settled on a new crown that would be all white, so I would have no silver in view. Well after my next visit, I got into my car and looked in my mouth to discover they had in fact put a crown in that was all silver on the bottom. Without even telling me! When I went back in to point out the problem, Alicia attempted to talk me into keeping it. "It will be stronger"....."I have a couple silver crowns in my mouth"....."You won't even be able to see it because it's so far back." Despite her many sales attempts to change my mind, they decided to pony up to their mistake and order the correct crown. However, from that point on the staff was always agitated and seemed bothered that they would have to do the extra work to fix their mistake! I found myself apologizing to them cause I didn't want them to be any more lazy and screw up my teeth. Well after 2-3 more uncomfortable visits, I had the correct crown put in. I have since moved to a new dentist and he has pointed out how shoddy of a job my previous dentist did on my crown. On the outside, Smile 4 Me Dental center appears to be about patient satisfaction, but they clearly are not. Do yourself a favor and stay out of the K-Mart shopping center in Clermont if you are looking for a respectable dentist and staff
