  I am very pleased and not surprised. The service was beyond excellence. From the Health Unit Coordinator to the Physician. Congratulations to my Nurse Stacy. You are amazing. Very sweet and profesional. Kuddos. Very important note: When we as patients visit a ER or urgent care, we are the ones who are in need so that's why we are called patients because we have to be patient; not with an attitude like if the world owes us everything. And we are not the only patient, there are others waiting too, so chilax. We love to criticize how people treat us but we don't speak of how nasty we can be to health care providers. Good job Florida Hospital Centra Care Clermont!!!

  The staff and service were great. I feel deceived however, because I am a Florida Hospital employee and was told I would only have to pay $50.00 for the visit. Then two weeks later I receive a bill for a visit that cost $385.00. I have never even heard of an urgent care costing that much, let alone for something I received no definitive diagnosis or treatment for. I love the hospital I work at but will never go to the centra cares again for that amount of money. Sorry but that's outrageous.
