  They literally have the best Customer Service I've seen in any bank, not to mention in high volume since its in a Wal-Mart plus its pretty small. Amazing people, each and every one of them.

  This location sucks. Everybody that works here doesn't know anything, can't help you with anything and always denies your request in closing an account. You never get the help you want and " linoshka/Ninoshka " or whatever her name was honestly sucks. She always has an attitude, she calls you on your personal phone and gives you wrong info on your account and whenever THEY make a mistake she blames you for it. I would never recommend this bank nor this location. PNC is 10x better !!!

  This is the worst branch ever. The personal lacks common sense. The gentleman in the front gave me the hardest time to make a withdrawal from my bank account even though I showed my Id as well as my debit card. I even offered to show several other pieces of identification to which he told me would do him no good. When I said I have had several issues with this bank he proceeded to tell me that I was free to close my account if I decided too. The worst part was the manager was standing there and did absolutely nothing about the issue. Trust me stay away!!
