  Thank you for taking such good care of our 3 kitties while we were in Clermont evacuating from Hurricane Irma. We did not know anyone in town and found these wonderful folks on line. Kind, caring, compassionate all around. Flexible. We were scared and out of our element (so were the cats) and the help we received here was invaluable.

  Our cat had a scuffle with one of his brothers/sisters and ended up with an abscess on his ear as a result. Brought him here and when I asked questions the staff had answers. When I asked what a medication was, I was given an answer. I asked the Doctor about whether he lived on site, as I noticed that there were 2 stories and it turns out, he does. Not only that, but he does so SPECIFICALLY to care for the animals in his practice. He is very proud of his practice and what he has built, not only for himself, but for those he cares for. If you want to see someone light up, ask about that, you can tell he takes great pride in the fact he cares for his patients above and beyond most vets (who go home at the end of the day and don't want to be bothered on the weekends). The total bill was quite reasonable and the amount charged at the end of the visit is what I was quoted at the beginning. I will be changing over to this vet for the rest of the fur-babies.
