  I have so many words to describe my experience with Allstate. I am still so mad I'm shaking. As if it wasn't hard enough being involved in a hit and run accident, they have NO CLUE how to empathize with people! I had an appointment that was cancelled by someone over the phone and it was not supposed to be cancelled and when I asked what happened to it they said another customer had taken the time slot. That is unacceptable. For someone that works in guest service, you should own up to your mistake and fix it. Nope. They did not. I specifically took off work to ensure my car was inspected and they are going to now tell me I have to change my plans because they messed up. So we end up going to the office and spoke with the adjuster who was supposed to inspect the vehicle and he's sitting at his desk letting us know that he does not have the time. Let me tell you, the time we spent with him in his office, he could have already been done with the inspection. But I'm not surprised that it wasn't done because they have no sense of customer service. He makes me an appointment for me to go down to Toyota of Orlando, told me to head on my way and the rental car will be readily available for me. The 40 minute drive to Orlando included me getting there and them telling me they had no idea that I was supposed to be coming. AWESOME! (Can you feel the sarcasm). Well they finally get in touch with someone there that told me I will have to wait until they have someone available. I am sick to my stomach because of the events of today and to even think about the future with this company. Allstate has already contacted me about the series of events, but if they ever tried to rebuttal this comment, just know I have the truth right here and I urge you to check your options before considering this company. A good insurance company is supposed to be on your side, well I feel like I've had to fight a battle just to do something as simple as getting my car inspected. Oh! Not to mention, the guy at Allstate told my husband that "he knows how he feels because his wife gets in accidents like clockwork too". That's insulting and I am not pleased.

  We had an appointment for our vehicle to be inspected after a crash. The appointment was for 11:30 and as they do not do inspections on the weekends, we had to take off of work. An employee decided that they were going to cancel our inspection without our permission. To further complicate the matter "there isn't anything anyone can do" to fix the issue. This operation is a disaster. When we requested to speak with an agent, they made excuses why we could not. They wouldn't even let us speak to a manager. Very horrifically bad customer service. Once our claim is complete we will be leaving Allstate. They have done little to nothing to rectify their incompetent mistake. They should change their slogan from "You're in good hands" to "We have butter fingers."
